7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any advance payments will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, based on the amount of work completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

MediaMozak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration, as outlined in the service agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

MediaMozak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
